Rough Paws & Snout Saviour is an unscented, 100% natural balm for dogs that can be used on all areas of the body, including the nose. Because it is unscented it suits the face, nose and body, and it can be used as a regular maintenance balm to help keep your dog's skin moisturised.
Where it can be used:
- Dry or crusty noses: jojoba oil and calendula-infused oil moisturise dry, cracked noses.
- Dry or cracked paws: shea butter and candelilla wax help moisturise and soothe dry, cracked paw pads.
- Skin folds and wrinkles: for breeds with skin folds; cleanse, dry and apply regularly.
- Dry patches: hemp seed oil and calendula-infused oil help soothe dry skin.
- Areas prone to nappy rash (female or disabled dogs): make sure the area is cleansed and fully dry before applying.

How to apply
- Apply to clean and dry paws.
- Massage the balm into your dog's paws and nose up to twice a day or upon demand. Once the paws are healthy, reduce the frequency to once a week for maintenance.
- The formula is described as non-toxic and lick-safe, but for the best results try to keep your dog from licking it off. Distract them with belly rubs or a favourite toy while the balm sinks in.
Safety information
As with any skincare product, if your dog shows signs of irritation or becomes unwell, discontinue use immediately. If symptoms persist, seek medical advice from your vet.

Couriers
We use a mixture of Royal Mail, FedEx and DPD as couriers. We aren't able to specify a preffered courier per order. It is decided based on which will get you the order the fastest, at the time it is dispatched.
Your tracking number and courier name will be provided when your order has been fulfilled.
Custom photo cushions & Dog mattresses
These products are hand-made to order so take between 3-5 working days to be produced from date of order. Usually we see faster turnaround times but please be mindful when ordering.

Returns
Custom products such as photo cushions and dog mattresses are NOT able to be returned. Please consider this when ordering.

Please contact us within 30-days of receiving your item should you wish to return it.
Items should be returned unused and in the original packaging.
You must pay the cost of returning an item.
We suggest you use a signed for or insured method of delivery. If you are returning an item for exchange, then you will need to pay for the delivery of the exchanged item.
