As we hold a large range of products, your order may come in more than one package, if products are split across our different distribution centres.
Shipping prices are calculated automatically at the checkout based on what's being ordered.

Couriers
We use a mixture of Royal Mail, FedEx and DPD as couriers. We aren't able to specify a preffered courier per order. It is decided based on which will get you the order the fastest, at the time it is dispatched.
Your tracking number and courier name will be provided when your order has been fulfilled.
Custom photo cushions & Dog mattresses
These products are hand-made to order so take between 3-5 working days to be produced from date of order. Usually we see faster turnaround times but please be mindful when ordering.
Overseas
We don't currently ship overseas.
Returns
Custom products such as photo cushions and dog mattresses are NOT able to be returned. Please consider this when ordering.
If you wish to return any other product, you MUST contact our customer care team first. You can do that via our Contact Us page.
Please contact us within 30-days of receiving your item should you wish to return it.
Items should be returned unused and in the original packaging.
You must pay the cost of returning an item.
We suggest you use a signed for or insured method of delivery. If you are returning an item for exchange, then you will need to pay for the delivery of the exchanged item.
When sending the items back, ensure you’ve put your name and order number so we are able to refund you.
