Product variants

The Canny CONNECT is a 120cm dog lead with a lockable handle, designed by The Canny Company to pair with the Canny Collar no-pull headcollar. It also clips to your dog's regular collar or harness for everyday walks.

Lockable handle

The handle opens so you can secure your dog around a bench, railing or café table without unclipping the lead. It also helps prevent dogs backing away and escaping while they are being attached.

Padded grip and handle

The soft, quick-dry neoprene handle and padded positional grip are comfortable to hold, even on longer walks. The grip indicates the optimum hand position when walking with a Canny Collar or your dog's regular collar, so you can guide your dog's movements.

Brushed steel clip or locking carabiner

Choose a heavy-duty brushed steel trigger clip or a lightweight aluminium self-locking carabiner. 360° rotation helps prevent tangling, and the secure attachment to your dog's collar or harness helps prevent accidental unclipping. The carabiner version is exceptionally lightweight without compromising strength, and its slim design fits into a pocket when not in use.

Calmer lead walking

Precise control helps curb pulling and reinforces positive lead walking behaviour, for more relaxed walks.

As we hold a large range of products, your order may come in more than one package, if products are split across our different distribution centres.

Couriers

We use a mixture of Royal Mail, FedEx and DPD as couriers. We aren't able to specify a preffered courier per order. It is decided based on which will get you the order the fastest, at the time it is dispatched.

Your tracking number and courier name will be provided when your order has been fulfilled.

Custom photo cushions & Dog mattresses

These products are hand-made to order so take between 3-5 working days to be produced from date of order. Usually we see faster turnaround times but please be mindful when ordering.

Overseas

We don't currently ship overseas.

Returns

Custom products such as photo cushions and dog mattresses are NOT able to be returned. Please consider this when ordering.

If you wish to return any other product, you MUST contact our customer care team first. You can do that via our Contact Us page.

Please contact us within 30-days of receiving your item should you wish to return it.

Items should be returned unused and in the original packaging.

You must pay the cost of returning an item.

We suggest you use a signed for or insured method of delivery. If you are returning an item for exchange, then you will need to pay for the delivery of the exchanged item.

When sending the items back, ensure you’ve put your name and order number so we are able to refund you.
