Calm & Care is a lavender and chamomile paw balm for dogs. It helps keep paw pads soft and supple, and its calming natural ingredients make it a gentle addition to a wind-down routine or a paw massage.
The maker suggests it for dogs with dry or rough paw pads, dogs that chew or lick their paws when nervous, and dogs that are mildly unsettled by car rides or loud noises such as fireworks and thunderstorms.

How to apply
- Anytime application: massage the balm into the paw pads at any time of day.
- Behind the ears: rub a small amount behind the outside of the ears (not inside the ear canal).
- Evening routine: for best results, apply to the paws every evening as your dog winds down for bedtime. Evening application allows prolonged contact with the skin.
- Adjust as needed: once you see an improvement, reduce the frequency to a couple of times per week to maintain suppleness.
- During stressful times: apply as needed, such as before car journeys, on bonfire night or when you leave for work.

Couriers
We use a mixture of Royal Mail, FedEx and DPD as couriers. We aren't able to specify a preffered courier per order. It is decided based on which will get you the order the fastest, at the time it is dispatched.
Your tracking number and courier name will be provided when your order has been fulfilled.
Custom photo cushions & Dog mattresses
These products are hand-made to order so take between 3-5 working days to be produced from date of order. Usually we see faster turnaround times but please be mindful when ordering.

Returns
Custom products such as photo cushions and dog mattresses are NOT able to be returned. Please consider this when ordering.
If you wish to return any other product, you MUST contact our customer care team first. You can do that via our Contact Us page.
Please contact us within 30-days of receiving your item should you wish to return it.
Items should be returned unused and in the original packaging.
You must pay the cost of returning an item.
We suggest you use a signed for or insured method of delivery. If you are returning an item for exchange, then you will need to pay for the delivery of the exchanged item.
When sending the items back, ensure you’ve put your name and order number so we are able to refund you.
