The BTactical 4cm Nylon Dog Collar in Lavender Purple is the aluminium clip version of the brand's handled collar. It is made from triple-stitched nylon with a neoprene lining, measures 4cm wide and has an integrated handle that makes it easier to keep control of your dog.
The aluminium Tactical clip is load tested to 330kg and gives quick, easy access for attaching a tag or lead. BTactical describes the collar as suitable for all dog types and breeds, including small breeds and puppies.

Couriers
We use a mixture of Royal Mail, FedEx and DPD as couriers. We aren't able to specify a preffered courier per order. It is decided based on which will get you the order the fastest, at the time it is dispatched.
Your tracking number and courier name will be provided when your order has been fulfilled.
Custom photo cushions & Dog mattresses
These products are hand-made to order so take between 3-5 working days to be produced from date of order. Usually we see faster turnaround times but please be mindful when ordering.

We don't currently ship overseas.
Returns
Custom products such as photo cushions and dog mattresses are NOT able to be returned. Please consider this when ordering.
If you wish to return any other product, you MUST contact our customer care team first. You can do that via our Contact Us page.
Please contact us within 30-days of receiving your item should you wish to return it.
Items should be returned unused and in the original packaging.
You must pay the cost of returning an item.
We suggest you use a signed for or insured method of delivery. If you are returning an item for exchange, then you will need to pay for the delivery of the exchanged item.
When sending the items back, ensure you’ve put your name and order number so we are able to refund you.
