Harnesses here are designed with pulling in mind, but be realistic: no harness stops pulling by itself. A front lead ring and a grab handle give you more control while you teach loose-lead walking, and a good fit matters more than any feature.
The PupClub Couture Rugged Rover has front and back D-rings, handles, adjustable neck and chest straps and a neck buckle, so it does not have to go over your dog's head. BTactical's Ultimate Harness is another style here. Headcollars from The Canny Company are a different approach, and you will need a suitable dog lead to match.
